Situated in one of the most prestigious business and leisure locations in Birmingham, PLACES offer property owners the most efficient route to a successful let or sale. The Places Birmingham rebrand took shape from here.

Our challenge…

We were challenged to create a new brand identity that would reflect the Places Birmingham rebrand with a quirky, fresh personality and make PLACES stand out in a massively over crowded letting and selling marketplace.

After a series of workshops designed to engage the client and customers, the brand took on several guises before being shaped into what is seen today. The focus of the Places rebrand moved towards a more distinct, confident look that demanded attention.

We created an engaging line that would resonate with the customer, ‘Find your Space’. The sentiment allowed us to create a story that evolved into a journey the PLACES agent could take with the customer. It clearly demonstrated the friendly, personal approach to finding a room/house/flat that would become ‘their space’. Supported with a strong personality, and vibrant colours to match, the brand oozed confidence.
