Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland approached us with the task of developing a tool that would provide teams quick access to the things they need when working at Saint-Gobain – anytime, anywhere.

Our research informed us that companies with engaged employees outperform those without by 202%. Customer retention rates are 18% higher when employees are highly engaged. Organisations that have more than 50% employee engagement retain more than 80% of their customers.

Therefore it was important to develop a tool that could be accessible across the mobile world, allowing teams and individuals to work on the go, as they move from office to office.

Following an extensive scoping session and workshop with the digital team at Saint-Gobain, we worked together to develop the essential features that teams across the UK would need. Multiple solutions needed to be housed in one place from team communication to daily operations.

A fully comprehensive feature list was created which enabled our digital team to start the user-experience phase.

Screen states were developed and agreed by both teams. The next phase was to develop user interactions within the app. This phase allowed us to finesse the user journeys, making the app as easy and accessible as possible.
